I can capable of both 2D and 3D design work in industrial design employing a number of tools. For 3D work, I prefer using Autodesk Inventor but I have used a number of 3D design tools in the past. Laserjet Printer Housing Design
In this project, I was working with an engineering that was looking to modify an existing Xerox laserjet printer to double the printing speed. To begin with, an accurate 3D model of the current chassis was needed. I created this by using numerous precise measurements. The color 3D rendering to the right was to be used for an animation to convey the printing process.
