Street Plans

In addition to being able to perform 3D roadway design and analysis, I am quite familiar with preparation of street improvement plans for both unincorporated Los Angeles County areas but within California cities as well. Below is a sample sheet from a street improvement plan I’ve worked on.

Road and Street Design Profiles Using Autodesk Civil3D software, I can quickly design a road corridor that will automatically calculate earth work quantities, interface with grading designs, and even keep a running total on the construction materials as the design dynamically changes.

Sample Street Improvement Plan Sheet Although a typical street improvement plan involves quite a few sheets including the title sheet, notes, and details, here is an example of the plan and profile view for a large-scale housing development project I’ve worked on in the past.
